Item 6.    STATUS REPORT

 Item 7.    CONSIDER APPROVAL FOR CHIEF MCCAULEY TO ATTEND THE GANG CONFERENCE.  The conference is to be held at the NW Expressway Marriot June 3rd – 6th, 2014.  The cost is $175 per student, $200 after May 31, 2014.

 Action Required:  Motion to approve Chief McCauley attending the Gang Conference.

Item 8.    CONSIDER AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ARCADIA TO APPLY FOR THE CDBG FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,668 TO ASSIST WITH THE DRAINAGE PROJECT SPONSORED BY OKLAHOMA COUNTY, DISTRICT 3.  The authorization will also authorize the town to hold a Public Hearing on February 25, 2014 as require by CDBG regulations.

 Action Required:  Motion authorizing the Town of Arcadia to apply for CDBG funding in the amount of $45,688 and authorizing the town to hold a Public Hearing on February 25, 2014. 

Item 9.      NEW BUSINESS –  Consideration, discussion, and possible action regarding New Business, if any, which has arisen since the posting of the Agenda, and which could not have been anticipated prior to the time of posting, 25 O.S. Sec 311(9)
